I obviously ate something or things yesterday that my body did not like. Gained a pound and felt horrible at the end of the day. No energy at all and went to bed at 9:30pm. That is not like me. Good news is that today is a new day for better choices and working out tonight.
I have an interview today for a great job and had to go home to put on smaller pants because the pants I chose to wear after sitting in them because too loose! Yea, for me! Wearing a size 12 Petit pants today which is a huge accomplishment from the 16 Womens I was wearing at the end of January.
