Kris, how wonderful! A special congrats to you on your progress. That must feel incredible. I hope you have someone to give those size 16 clothes to it sounds like you will need a new wardrobe pretty soon. ;-) Enjoy!

That is awesome! I just pulled out a box of 14's,not wearing them yet but my 16's are nearly falling off me :D I was looking at your weight chart & was excited to see the downward movement! Then I looked at what you eat coupled with your activities & said "This girl gots it going on!" ....Thanks for the buddy request I'm sure we're gonna be great for each other!!!

Ayurvedic texts recommend daily skin brushing to keep the urinary system working properly, as the skin is known as the third kidney. Properly conditioned skin will have less breakouts and other undesirable skin conditions. I figure it cant hurt!

i started this journey with size 24. My friend gave me bags full of size 16, and i just wore the elephantskin-clothes untill in fitted most of the clothes in the bags. Now i can honoustly say i am no longer size 16, but not yet a 12... Since my recourses are limited (well i just want to spend my money on other things) i adjust my big clothes making them smaller if possible. I expect to become a size 8 or 10 when i'm as low as i can get, so that will be a perfect time to start buying clothes again...
