I had a decent day yesterday aside from fighting with doctors and pharmacies to get refills for my oldest son meds. it wasn't a bad day. Been trying to not let little things get me stressed out because blood pressure was getting to high. And for two days of not being stressed about things my blood pressure went down. from 151/96 to 114/78 woot :)
