Had a fattening weekend. I went to my parents' house and they love to cook...and eat...and there is no concept of "healthy eating". I always go there with the thought that I am going to make health conscious decisions, but once I get there, the fat inner me takes over and I lose control lol. It was so good though...meatloaf, t-bone steaks, fruit salad, brownies, big country breakfasts, etc. I definitely indulged and went significantly over my calorie goal, but I wont beat myself up too much.

I managed to get my long run in Saturday. It was the longest I've ran thus far in my life...time and distance. I ran 1 hour and 15 minutes and the distance was probably around 6 miles. The pace was slow but steady and comfortable. I felt very good about myself when I got finished.

It's Monday...back on the wagon today! Thank you God for your grace and for the blessings in my life!
