This my first time ever doing this, so its a trial and error. This is me List, and as time passes and can check some stuff off: 1. lose 30-40 lbs 2. Get fit 3. Train for boot camp 4. Be toned for me birthday 5. Grab a boy friend I may not get all of these but i will try, for this not about jusst losing wieight, but training for the armed forces, and getting in shape for birthday in Las Vegas ( that bikin has to fit) LETS GO!!!
