Well I could say that my scale is busted or stuck. But the truth is that I continue to slack on my cardio! I work out with my personal trainer 3x/week and we do intense circuit training. I am definitely getting a lot stronger and even some "bumps" in my biceps and triceps. But I have a long way to go because cardio is really necessary (duh). I will challenge myself to do cardio every day and this time stick with it! I have signed up for a bike ride which forces me to train. Hopefully with a solid goal to reach I will actually stick to my training outside of my personal training sessions. I'm sick of my plateau. I MUST BUST THROUGH IT!!!!
