Damn. Lost not even an entire pound in a week. WTF? I need to reexamine my consumption. Am I taking in too many calories? Am I forgetting to record my food properly? Do I need to work out more?
210.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
