Eat great all day and then I turn around and bake in the evening for my husband... then we eat it super late at night. We got into a habit for a couple weeks and I'm shocked I didn't put on weight, but I'm doing much better myself and told him the baking is going to stop. We both just get the worst craving for sweets at night which defeats the whole point of eating well the rest of the time (not that it stops us, but still).

Told my hubs no more baking and re-focused on finding healthy sweet alternatives. Bought, washed and prepped a bunch of fruit (which my husband always turns his nose up at until it's cut up and easy to eat and then he can't get enough).

Also brewed a huge batch of bone broth overnight with the chicken carcasses I've been saving in the freezer, have started taking my apple cider vinegar again and have added coconut oil to our diet (and our pets' diet too!).

Feels great being focused again!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
