Week 2.
There's money riding on this diet and exercise thing so I hope all this sacrifice is worth it. Actually, I don't care about the $$, but I do hope I'm actually getting somewhere. I 'feel' as if it is, but I won't know until April 16th when the tale of the tape will reveal all. The Final weigh in is not until June 16th, so even if it's not as good as I hope, there's still time to recover.
(I'm jonesing for some bacon though!)

My motto has always been to allow cravings, just in a controlled way. I, too, LOVE bacon and I know that if I buy it, I will eat the entire pound. A great way to get the taste without AS MUCH guilt, is to go somewhere for breakfast and have something quite healthy, but order a side of bacon. It's usually only 2 strips, so its not the end of the world. I do the same with other foods, I'll have them out so I can't over eat. Good luck!

I love the idea for eating out, so you can avoid the temptation of eating more than you should. That will help tremendously.
