ok so im not adding my china food to the menue.. because it was WAYYYYYY what i should not have eaten. the portions were wrong, the carbs were wrong. the fat contant enormous and the sodium was way wrong.
last night was finals. and after we went to china food. and i enjoyed every bite of the rice, noodles, stir fry, egg rolls, shrimp and sweet and sour chicken. i also had a small bite of mint choco chip ice cream. and yes it was good.. and yes i deserve every bit of rise in my glucose... aka sugars.
i will be drinking water for the next few days to flush out my system. hopefully one night of fun will not raise my weight. fun fun
anywho.. finals were completed for this phase and im exhausted. and a new phase starts monday.. OUCH.. well anywho im heading to bed.. be well and tomorrow is another day...
