Feel tired but satisfied with this week. I stuck to my diet and worked out according to my program. This weekend will be challenging. I always have a hard time at home. But I will be successful. I lost 4 pounds since my initial weigh in. I'm so happy. I'm close to my goal weight for this week. I'm super excited about that. I need to increase my water intake tomorrow and really reduce my carb intake.
