Annnnnd: Here we don't go around the mulberry bush.

I could really use some advice at this point. I'm seriously thinking of incorporating a pill in my diet. (If you've read my journals previously, you know I don't want this - really.)

I'm super tired and super busy. I can't even write all that I want to, because I have to go.

Are there any vitamins that work wonders and prevent the afternoon crash? Are there any simple lunches that don't require me cutting back more sleep for? Is there any fast food that will make me skinny without getting sick. ; )

Haven't been going to the gym, haven't really gained more, but it's coming... that stealthy fat ninja is there.

Stealthy fat ninja. You could take a diet pill...they do help you wake up. Or drink Caffeine. Exercise is really the best thing to do. If you have a lunch break try to sneak a 15 min walk in...that always helped me. And if you can go to the gym then you can't...but try to get at least a short walk in everyday...if you only have 10 mins, then use it.
