🙋♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Happy Easter Week!🐇🥚 This quote grabbed my attention because I have always overeaten this week "because it's Easter and I deserve chocolates & candy, dammit!". Ummm and yeah, that attitude has me at double the size I should be! 🤦♀️Realistically, I will eat some sweets this week. I promise myself to exercise more and balance it with lots of veggies. This is the last "chocolate holiday" until Halloween (thank goodness!). 🌷Use this Easter holiday as a time of renewal, new starts, fresh attitude, and a Spring-board into a summer of health & fitness. ☀️Let go of the winter blues and dieting non-success (like me). Fill yourself with JOY!
