Girl, come on and get with! You've come SO far and we're rooting for you. The best thing I've found for on-the-go foods is to invest in Ziploc snack bags to make my own portions of stuff to always keep handy. I'm just now returning to the healthful lifestyle I'd carved out for myself over 10 yrs ago...
