Talking with my daughted this morning I realized I should try to do a better job setting an example with eating I have never been obease until these last five years but weight has occupied my thoughts and been a daily choice for many years. I have learned alot about weight control and nutrition and I may be able to help them with their daily struggles because trying to lose 5 lbs is mutch like trying to lose fifty lbs you still have to walk in the same shoes....
