Strength training continues. Hope to see a whoosh by next week as my body adapts. Technically in OWL, but haven't actually managed to get to 25 net carbs yet. Hope to by week's end.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
