Welcome to Motivational Monday on Tuesday! LOL I had a medical appointment in morning yesterday, it was a grey day (snowed last night) and I just wanted to eat & eat & eat! I had 2 giant bowls of popcorn. I am tired of sabotaging my results! This quote spoke to me today: I feel like I am starting over every week grrrrr.

Today feels like another Day 1. When will I choose to push thru those grey days without excessive eating?
Welp, the sun is out and I have lots to accomplish today! All I can do is: keep pushing :)
