Day 72:
Have not been following the diet as of late. Have a lot of shit going on and I feel myself sinking into depression again. Things need to change, but I can't afford my diet currently. I ate a lot of horrible things I don't usually eat and I made myself sick multiple times. I don't want that. Hopefully things will get better in a few months. Plans are in motion that will change my life this year. Just need to take that first leap forward.
