Ok, so for the past few days i have been working out for an hour a day.. sweat and all. and this morning i tested my blood sugar and it was at 114. i was shocked and scared. so i called my doctor right away. they said it was normal.. 46 points in 24 hours... wow!!

so i am amazed but also scared and been watching it. at around 2pm today it was at 117.. while i sat here and finished my school. so i just finished exercising for an hour.. and im sooo tired. i guess my stress lvl is catching up with me.

but its ok.. im still on the go.. im worried because i havent lost any lbs, however, muscle weighs more than fat.. and you should see my calfs.. and thighs.. they are gaining muscle as we speak..lol

anywho, im still alive.. monday i go and get my labs done and friday in to the doctor again. hopefully with some good news.. anywho.. ill see ya all later.. ciao

Great work with the exercise DesertRose but try not to overdo it. The weight will start to come off in no time so just try to keep yourself consistently plugging away at it and try to make your exercise sustainable.
