Today I started the 12 week transformation challenge on Bodybuilding.com. I want to look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside. I'm tired of being slightly overweight. I want to be cut and ripped. My biggest downfall has always been the food I eat. I'm an emotional eater. My goal with this website is to track my food and my calories in order to win this challenge.
