So today I increased my cycle workout by 2.5 miles. It felt really good! I am actually really proud of myself. I didn't think I would ever be able to bike that long. After I was done biking, I took a half mile walk to cool down. I just feel so good, like a whole different person and its only been a WEEK!

Man that's awesome! It's the best feeling in the world to be able to do these things and think, "damn! Did I just do that!? Lets do more!" It's that whole new fresh start that makes you want to keep going to the next day. Good job man. Keep it going!
