Losing inches and gaining muscle. Hitting the weights everyday and running 4 plus miles every other day!! I feel good and glad I’m free from the bondage of the scale lol
226.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
