So yesterday was the big Carnival event in Cologne, and I went there with my boyfriend and some friends. It was all fun and dancing and signing the whole day; I really had so much fun!

What made it even better is that I was strong enough to stay with one, ONE beer (200ml) the WHOLE afternoon/evening again. Yes, sir!! I did it! Trust me, this is is a big deal for me, worth celebrating :) not drinking much (I absolutely love beer) and especially not drinking much over Carnival season is something that one must be very proud of, LOL!

On the food side I can say I managed pretty well. I couldn't say no to a piece of steak, but I managed to eat 1/4 of it and give the rest to my partner; and I was also strong enough to not eat all the other tasty and very german dishes.

We went for lunch to an asian restaurant and I ate the best/healthiest/less fat I could; but God, it is so hard to keep track of your calories when going out to these places! FS couldn't find most of the names in the menu, so I could only do my best guess on the ingredients and sizes. Therefore my food intake from yesterday must be a bit inaccurate.

For dinner I had a sausage... Not the healthiest thing but still the best I could get outside after a party night.

My weigh in today showed some gain, which I totally understand, expected and accept. Today I behaved better (carnival is not over so I was out also today, but didn't drink or eat anything outisde) and tomorrow I'm back to my way for health and weight loss.

Good, what an amazing weekend! people I love, doing what I love (dancing and singing) - with less alcohol and food, and still enjoyed it so much! <3
