So...I moved from Seattle to Beaverton in January 2012 and have slowly gotten myself off of medications that I wanted to be free of. I however did not keep up with my Yoga/Pilates like I wanted. Its no wonder since I have felt all alone sometimes...makes me sad and therefore I don't do much...and tend to eat easy quick foods that I know I should eat in moderation and that really aren't good for me. So...here I am...day 1...two years after moving and 30lbs heavier! UGH! I want to just be back to feeling good. So...gotta start somewhere!
