Periods day:
So it is normal that i haven't written in three days. Hope tomorrow the scale will give me good news. I have look back to the jorunal, and I have seen that the less I had weight here was 76,4, so just 100 grams less than I was actually yesterday. So I'm pretty confident about tomorrow I will break that "record" amb I will improve (meaning weight less) than that.
I'm still thinking, and confirming that the dinner is the key.
Let's see what happens tomorrow, but I'm retaining liquids because of my period ....
