I cant explain how i feel other than...BLAH, i havent had any ice capps in 3 months. I have started to read labels and really watch. I know what i need to do, but cant see to get the motivation to do it. I recently took a picture with my brothers and sisters and i look like a huge big girl. Im sad and i feel defeated, but on the other hand i cant be defeated if i havent gave it my all...so here i go...Im going to use the treadmill and watch my calaries and drink the water and if i can get atleast 15 off soon, im going to join the gym. I have been thinking about it for a while and the classess sound fun!
I cant wait to have success, its the last thing in my life that i need to fix :)
