Since having my baby I have gained everything back that I had lost. She will be a year old Friday and I think its time to start thinking about me for a little while again. I'm not sure how to do that again but I'm going to give it a try. she deserves a better and healthier mother. How can I teach her not to get into my bad habits if I am not following my own advice. I think I might try to start taking her for walks now that spring is just around the corner and make more efforts to get to the park. she deserves an active mother.

Good for you!! I think a lot of us here are in the same boat, we want to be healthy for ourselves, but also be a good example for our kids and be able to be active with them. You can do this!
