I'm slowly going down. I seem to have food sensitivities. I swell up bad from salty foods & carbs but I need carbs because I feel horrible trying low carb diet. I have health issues so exercise is hard to do regularly. also, had a full knee replacement surgery in October. I'm doing pretty good. I have to do other knee this fall. I'm having a bout of chronic fatigue and feel like a slug. I hope it will be over soon. Other than that my weightloss journey is progressing.
