Today I just don't seem to be able to get up off my backside. Very frustrating. I am behind the computer all day. Hopefully I'll do some sit-ups and yoga after I come back from the shops. Yoga is a bit of a problem as it seems to bring on vertigo most of the time. I can not truthfully say that I am hungry, just unsatisfied and I want to stick stuff in my mouth constantly. Must continue to say NO to myself, no joke this diet business. Just looked at my diet and now it clearly shows what I actually take in. Not at all enough protein and too much fat I reckon. Bommer! That will have to change....
