This week has been a struggle so far, and it's only Wednesday. But I've still made good choices and stayed on the path. Even though I seriously wanted to deviate, I didn't.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
