Losing weight is fast becoming difficult at this stage, I am eating 1500cal per day and work out 3 days a week, yet it is a slow process, I found that my loose skin is starting very slowly to tighten so I am hoping when the majority of akin is at a comfortable "looseness" I will lose more weight, I am feeling great, no tiredness at all
165.3 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
