Why is losing the last 6kg so darn difficult!?
Help, help help, how do I loose the last 6kg's? I went from 114kg to 74kg but can't seem to loose the last 6kg? I've tried everything

Smaller or Bigger feet after weight loss?
So I'm confused, every-one said their feet got smaller after losing weight, NOT mine, in actual fact they got bigger, I had really puffy feet and normally bought a size 7, now I have extremely skinny and long feet but have to buy a size 8 as my 2nd toe on both feet hurts when I put on a size 7, the shoes sit loosely around the rest of my feet, so basically I now have to buy for length and not width, Is this normal?
