I think I've gained weight this week -this is unreal, as I have been really good all year, not doing anything different from 3 weeks ago and yet I gain a couple of pounds? I thought you were supposed to eat an extra 6000 calories to gain a pound of fat? I'm more hydrated than ususal though so maybe that's it? sucks though, not putting a gain in my weight graph, I'll wait until next weekend......
