My weight is so depressing. It doesn't seem to matter what I do I still seem to gain weight.

I was in the same boat and just the other day packed on a few more...so frustrating. I recently discovered (which I kind of already knew) that carbs were my enemy. That and I needed to eat more frequently throughout the day...nuts, protein, and more water. Anyway, I'm no expert, but just wanted to provide some type of encouragement!

Thank You. I know the fact that I only eat 1 time a day MAYBE 2 doesn't help a lot, but I can't seem to stomach any more than that or I start throwing up. Carbs are apparently a big part of what I eat, even though I really try not to. On the other hand with the fact that I always expend at LEAST 2 times (if not more)calories then I bring in seems to me it shouldn't matter what I eat at all. I don't go for junk food and all that, I just eat normal meals.

I would talk to the doctor about that. Throwing up if you eat before a certain time isn't normal (unless there is a medical reason for it). Instead of a soda, have you tried a smoothie or protein drink? Soda's for breakfast and lunch have absolutely no nutritional value. You want to get as much bang for you nutritional buck as you can. Our bodies can only digest a certain amount of food at a time, so the rest is stored as fat. So if you aren't spreading the food through out the day, and eat too much with in a certain amount of time, you might have problems losing. A nutritionist might be able to help you set up a plan that would work for you.
