I start today with a new name but the same purpose, to lose weight and get healthy. I lost 4 pounds in the past week, but I didn't eat as clean as I should have. I have recently found out I have obstructive sleep apnea AND severe allergies, so I really need to step up my game! I'm determined to move more and eat less.
