Yesterday was a bad day. A REALLY bad day. So bad in fact, I didn't even bother to record what I ate. Well, today is a new day, and I decided I really need to get a new attitude about my relationship with food. I'm going to make sure I get at least 64oz of water, regardless of anything else I ingest. I have a weight loss goal for this month of 10 pounds, and although I may not make it, I want to be able to look myself in the mirror and say I did my best.
