It seems I am having a hard time staying focused beyond Wednesday. Not good to have 3 good days followed by 4 bad. Yes, the scale is down, but I didn't hit any of my other goals. I am far better off today than I was 10 weeks ago. I just need to keep myself moving in the right direction for the right reasons.

goals:
Resting heart rate of 71
Steps 60,000
Weight down 1
Stretch twice a day for 7 days
Water 80 oz daily for 7days
Carbs under 90 daily for 7 days
meditate daily for 5 or more minutes
158.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
