Sticking well with E2L. It seems easier than ever now. No appetite partly due to the pain meds for this knee surgery. Take it however it comes! Pain is starting to diminish and swelling down as well. Walking is coming back now with no walker. Feel pretty good! So glad I did this~

I am waiting to have surgery on my Hip so my exercise is limited just yet. I am navigating through doctors and trying to get a true Idea of what I need done and deciding on a surgeon. Congrats on your recovery coming along well.
