First day of attack phase on Dukan. Really hoping that not only can I lose this weight but KEEP it off on this diet. All time high of 196 in 2011, on Atkins lost 46 lbs (Jan thru Aug) then put 25 back on. Back down to 158 last year (2013, Jan to Aug), then slammed back up to 178 Sept/Oct through now - just watched the scale numbers increase daily - and why not, I was back up to my old carb crazy addictions (can anyone say Birthday Cake)?. My old nemesis, bread/fat/cheese/cream really took hold and I'm sick of the craziness. Hoping to get a grip on this once and for all. Have heard remarkable testimonies about the Dukan diet, and am contemplating the coaching services through the website. Day 3 of Attack phase. Really missing semi/hard cheese as that was my snack on Atkins. Will continue to research for healthy snacks for Pure Protein days.
