First day of the diet, as well as the first day of the workout program. I am ashamed to say I've been a slacker, junk food eater, and non-motivated person so far. My new personal goal is to become a healthier, stronger person, and become more motivated in school. Sunday night, February 2nd, marks the night I broke up with my now ex-boyfriend, leaving behind my old life to start this new journey; to become a better person.
