I didn't know if reading about everyone cravings on here as affected me or what but I have had a huge issue this week with craving McDonalds. I've been dieting since June and this is the worst it has been for me. I haven't given in yet so that's a good thing. I do eat some regular food on the weekends so I want to atleast hold out till then.
