End of the week/end of the month numbers aren't too bad. I'm happy with them. I do best when I get a good amount of daily fiber and macros are each 30+%. January I lost a bit over 2 lbs. That's good for me. *Photos - today's hike-kale&shrimp soup-Emmylou.♡

Cute baby! Hey, I have a cutting board that looks similar to yours! But it's a rabbit. My Grandfather made it. Your's is so cute!!! I've never seen a dog one before! I love it!

Thank you Bear. 🐻 My daughter-in-law gave it to me. I had a few other animals and a heart, but my youngest daughter asked where I had gotten the animal shaped boards, so I gave her mine. I don't remember what happened to the heart, it was my favorite.

Oh my heart!! 💗💗💗 Emmylou is soooooo sooooo precious. And I love her name. She is a little beauty. 💎

Oh wifey, thank you! I miss her so much. Funny little story. My daughter-in-law is a podiatrist and one of her patients was in the music industry, was at Woodstock etc. So he comes in and asks about her baby, what did she have, what did she name her. When he's told Emmylou, he asks, "like Emmylou Harris? " My DIL says, "yes exactly, she's named after her". Well, it turns out this gentleman knows Emmylou Harris and let's her know that there's a little girl named after her and sends her a photo of Emmylou Jo. He tells my DIL that Emmylou is tickled and that's a first for her. I thought thst was a fun story to add to Emmylou's baby book. 😊

Thank you Shrewdness! She is a sweet baby. This road is just above our place and is home to many a jackrabbit. Whenever I see them I have to laugh, because they ade so comical looking. Rural New Mexico, I love living here. 🌄❤
