I’ve been losing weight every day steadily until yesterday when I started weight lifting. I gained weight. I’m sure this is muscle weight but it is going to be hard to track weight loss with the scale now. My scale does have BMI, water, fat and muscle percentages which I can track but won’t really know how many pounds of fat I’ve lost. I just joined a challenge too. Starts tomorrow
