Well Yesterday was the official day that I restarted my life style change. So this morning I got up at 6:45 and did a 30 minute work out, and had some spiritual time, had a good breakfast. but looking up the calories for what I made for breakfast. want to know what is my daily fat, carbs and calorie intake.
