You have very little weight to lose and if you are working out a lot, then you probably have a good bit of muscle. Working out makes you healthier (keeps the heart strong, bones from breaking when your old, etc.).and helps keep the weight from coming back. You might already be in a healthy weight range for your height and body size. These will all work against you when you try to lose those last pounds. You might have to go back and really look at your diet. You might try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day and sticking with lean protein, veggies, fruits and lean dairy. If you do the same workout routine, start changing it up. Up your intensity when working out a few times a week. Sometimes we get on the treadmill or eliptical and don't push ourselves, so our bodies get used to that exercise. Those last pounds aren't easy, but you can do it if you work hard. Good luck!
