far out 2 years later... 118 at the moment... The last month has been binging... prior though I had pretty much established a most of the time routine of eating regular 3 meals per day of low carb meals... I think where I went wrong is not allowing for the treat night and if I surrendered then I would binge for days before getting back on... (this is the longest I have been off for a long time)I think I will be fine... I will weigh in each week. My tactic is low carb,treat night on Saturdays and fast on Sundays. Could do with support anyone wanna be my friend.
