I was thinking about seeing a councillor to help me on my weight loss journey.. When I eat properly I feel fabulous .. I am confident energetic and sparkly ... so why then would I binge and then feel crappy. I think talking about it or writing it or connecting and supporting with others might be helpful. what do you reckon.
