I have really meesed things up. the past 3 or 4 days i had been slowly gaining, although i was following the plan like I was supposed to. Saturday I cheated on one meal but the rest of the day i stayed on plan. I gained 3 lbs !! Go figure. I cheat once and gain 3 lbs while some of my friends cheat for days and gain less than half a lb. I was so discouraged that Sunday I decided to go to lunch with my family and EAT. and I did. today while i thought i would be right back on plan i didn't do so well. SOOO tomorrow begins day 1 of phase 1 once again. to be honest i don't know what to change to make the out come different. I am so disgusted with myself. i HAVE to be in a smaller size by my vacation. I am not going to visit family and friends a fat person this year.

Eat what you want and get it out of your system. Then start slowly modifying things in your own way. While the SBD doesn't require calorie counting, it does emphasize that calories are important. Knowing how many calories your metabolism burns, without doing any extra exercise, can help you lose steadily and without guesswork. There will be few surprises since, in the end, it is just calories-in vs. calories-out no matter how you look at it. I hope you are well AngelRose.

Don't beat yourself up... chances are you might be coming close to the beingning or and of your cycle and it is so easy to gain weight at these times because of cravings but it also just as easy to loose it. This morning I weighed in and this evening I was three pounds heavier. Keep your chin up! You will make your goal! And as alway information is right to :)

Don't stress out about trying to get smaller by a certain date. It is great to have a goal but not to stress out over it. Information always has great advice and has proven it works. Just try to stay focused on your goal and keep in mind that it is not a mistake or two that will cause you to lose the battle, it is giving up that would cause you to lose the battle...so DONT GIVE UP. The more you keep trying the better you will get at it.. pretty soon it will become natural to you. You can do it.

one meal at a time,, don't get discouraged... I was as well, not seeing results when I wanted it and because of that eating what I wanted... I pay not only in poundage but in physically feeling aweful again and I don't want to feel awful or go to bed at night feeling bloated.. and waking up with the same feeling.. .food isn't worth it... don't concentrate on size,, concentrate on health. Food has no power over you that you don't give it ;)
