there was no Atkins diet followed today...too much wine last night...had my first piece of bread today in 25 days,tasted good but dont miss it at all.
NOt much to say other than I am back on the wagon tomorrow

I've had a hard time cutting out the wine. It's at night so I often don't even record it and like you I slipped up and had pancakes this week! I need to go grocery shopping so that's making it difficult to make good choices too.

Hey Marie...ugh ya its tough tough tough. I make alot of bad choices but I just wake up the next day and start over. You are never going to be perfect and people that never screw up...who the heck are they anyway<<????? lol.
I have tons of snacks and i do awesome during the week...weekends are not great for me. 10lbs is going to take me 10 years at this rate, lol
