Apparently I did something to my heel while walking yesterday because is still hurts today. But I still did my required workout but hope it feels better and not worse. #heel massage

You may have bruised your heel. Make sure you have lots of cushion in your shoes for support to prevent injuries. Staying off that foot for a while sure make it better. Sorry you hurt it. It's frustrating, isn't it?

beyond frustrating. it doesn't hurt that much with shoes on and it goes away when working out. but touching it or walking without shoes. OUCH!!!!!!
